Customer’s gift card won’t download when choosing PDF (if applicable). What can I do?

  1. Ask Customer to check their browsers ‘Downloads’ folder for the file 
  2. If not found, disable pop up blocker and attempt download 
  3. If the PDF does not display check the browsers ‘Downloads’ folder again
  4. Ensure Customer has PDF Reader installed, as this is required to open the file. PDF Reader is available for download online at: https://www.adobe.com/
